- Lead partner engagement through in-person events, consultant education, sales enablement sessions, webinars with partner subject matter experts, and client or prospect seminars.
- Partner with Sales, Client Success, Health Plan owners, and other commercial leaders to support new business, renewals, expansions, RFP/RFI responses, prospect huddles, and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Support client retention and account resolution efforts with BenCon involvement, including keep meetings, escalations, and follow-through with the appropriate internal owners.
- Drive revenue growth, margin performance, and partner satisfaction while operating within company budget, pricing, contract, and compliance parameters.
- Translate partner priorities, market feedback, consultant insights, competitive intelligence, and win/loss learnings into strategies that inform sales enablement, product positioning, commercialization, and market development.
- Use reporting, analytics, Salesforce, scorecards, partner feedback, pipeline data, and book-of-business insights to assess performance, maintain data accuracy, and make fact-based recommendations.
- Maintain Salesforce, SharePoint, Highspot, partner overviews, event tracking, partner communications, and Strategic Partnerships book-of-business resources.
- Educate internal teams on BenCon partnerships, partner programs, market positioning, partnership requirements, and best practices.
- Contribute to Strategic Partnerships team standards, operating processes, internal communications, project ownership, cross-functional workstreams, and internal marketing of the function.
