  • Ensure successful transition of production while maintaining customer commitments and operational performance.

Supply Chain & Operational Excellence

  • Establish KPI-driven management systems focused on delivery performance, inventory health, schedule adherence, capacity utilization, and operational readiness.
  • Drive improvements in planning processes, MRP health, master scheduling, and supply-demand balancing.
  • Implement dashboarding and reporting tools that improve visibility and decision-making across the manufacturing network.
  • Lead initiatives that improve supply chain resiliency, responsiveness, and scalability.

Contract Manufacturer Engagement

  • Serve as executive liaison for strategic contract manufacturing partners throughout Southeast Asia.
  • Conduct regular business reviews focused on operational performance, growth readiness, continuous improvement, and risk management.
  • Drive accountability for commitments across both internal teams and external partners.
  • Facilitate rapid resolution of operational constraints impacting customer delivery or factory performance.

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and global operations teams.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives necessary to support continued growth and transformation.

Required Qualifications
