Job Description :

Estamos em busca de um(a) Diretor(a) de Atendimento para um contrato freelancer de até 6 meses para nossa agência de São Paulo. Procuramos um(a) profissional com inglês avançado, com capacidade de conduzir reuniões, apresentações e comunicações com clientes no idioma.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

• Gestão da operação da conta, garantindo a excelência das entregas, o cumprimento dos processos, prazos, escopo acordado e expectativas do cliente;
• Liderança e acompanhamento da equipe de atendimento, promovendo organização, eficiência e qualidade nas entregas;
• Participação ativa no desenvolvimento das ideias criativas, trazendo pensamento estratégico e visão integrada de marca;
• Suporte ao planejamento estratégico e acompanhamento das principais iniciativas da marca;
• Interface e colaboração com diferentes áreas da agência para garantir a execução dos projetos e evolução dos resultados;
• Desenvolvimento de propostas de novos projetos, escopos e oportunidades de crescimento junto ao cliente;
• Gestão de prioridades, alinhamento de expectativas e condução das demandas junto ao cliente e aos times internos.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

• Ensino superior completo;
• ⁠Inglês avançado obrigatório;
• Experiência sólida em Atendimento/Publicidade, com atuação em posições de liderança;
• Experiência na gestão de contas estratégicas e relacionamento com clientes de grande porte;
• Bom relacionamento e coordenação de fornecedores e parceiros no desenvolvimento de projetos e campanhas integradas;
• Forte capacidade de organização, priorização e gerenciamento de prazos e entregas.

Informações Adicionais:

• Modelo híbrido, com presença na agência de São Paulo 2 vezes por semana e disponibilidade para comparecer presencialmente em outros momentos, conforme necessidade da operação
