Location : Warsaw (hybrid mode with 3 days working at the office) As Field Service Dispatcher, you’ll be the go-to link between customers, field teams, and internal operations. You’ll coordinate appointments, monitor schedules, and keep everything running smoothly. From managing job pools and optimizing routes to dispatching technicians and ensuring SLAs, you’ll make sure every commitment is met efficiently. Your role is all about smart scheduling, quick problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experience. Your Responsibilities: Support dispatch operations for your assigned region Monitor technician status and schedules to keep jobs on track Manage job pools, fill gaps, and reassign work to meet customer commitments Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time performance Handle appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and customer inquiries Update calendars and adjust assignments based on skills and priorities Anticipate obstacles and find prompt solutions Collaborate with your team and share feedback for continuous improvement. Education or equivalent practical experience . 2–4 years of experience in Field Service Dispatch or a similar role. Candidates with a background in customer service or administrative support are also encouraged to apply. Dispatching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
