Distribution Sales Manager (Retail)
CanonResponsible for driving retail sales growth and achieving business targets across key retail accounts in Türkiye.
Lead, develop, and motivate the Retail Sales team to deliver strong commercial results.
Build strong relationships with retail partners and ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives in stores.
Develop and execute retail sales plans in line with business objectives.
Manage relationships with key retail customers and identify opportunities to grow sales and market share.
Lead, coach, and develop Retail Sales team members to achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor sales performance by customer, product category, and channel, and implement actions to improve results.
Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners and follow up on agreed action plans.
Work closely with Product Management and Marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, and in-store activities.
Ensure strong product availability, visibility, and execution at retail locations.
Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Support annual business planning processes and contribute to achieving company growth objectives.
University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 8 years of experience in retail sales, key account management, or commercial roles.
Previous people management experience is required.
Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer electronics channels.
Experience working with national retail chains and omnichannel sales environments is preferred.
Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
