Posted Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 5:00 AM The District Sales Manager (DSM) is an individual contributor responsible for delivering $20–$40M in annual revenue within a defined set of accounts and/or geographic region. One of the regional territories will be Arkansas, Texas, and surrounding area . Other regional territory will be Michigan, Minnesota, and Canada. This role is highly execution-focused, driving growth through new product adoption, dealer development, and increased share of wallet across a diverse network of 20–40 dealers and/or commercial contractors. The DSM partners closely with dealers ranging from small independent operators to large, multi-location organizations. Success in this role requires disciplined execution, strong relationship management, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable results in the field. The DSM reports to a Sales Manager and plays a key role in supporting broader regional and national sales objectives. Your Impact & Responsibilities Territory Execution & Revenue Delivery Own and deliver revenue targets of $20–$40M within an assigned territory Maintain a disciplined operating cadence to track performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective action Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking Use data to prioritize activities and improve decision-making Deliver consistent communication on territory performance, risks, and opportunities Dealer Management & Development Manage a portfolio of 20–40 dealers , balancing attention across varying size and capability levels Build strong, trust-based relationships with dealer principals, sales teams, and key decision-makers Improve dealer performance through consistent engagement, coaching, and alignment to company priorities Support annual dealer planning , including goal setting, growth initiatives, and performance expectations Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers aligned with strategic territory needs Ensure new dealers are effectively onboarded and positioned for success Execute Growth Strategies Identify and execute opportunities to increase product penetration within existing dealers Analyze dealer performance to uncover gaps and growth opportunities Drive accountability with dealers to expand their commitment and results New Product Adoption Lead in-territory rollout and adoption of new products Ensure dealers are trained, equipped, and actively promoting new offerings Provide structured field feedback to improve product-market fit and execution Your Experience and Qualifications 5+ years of sales or territory management experience Proven ability to manage and grow a multi-million-dollar territory Experience working with dealer or distribution networks strongly preferred Strong business acumen with the ability to engage both small operators and larger, more complex organizations Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus sales-based commission. (Compensation depends on experience, territory performance, and technical capability.)
