Location: Remote, USA; must be based within the assigned Rocky Mountain territory. Approximately 50–60% domestic travel, including overnight travel and local and regional trade shows.
Salary: $69,441–$80,472 annually, plus commission.

What you will do
- Achieve and exceed the annual revenue quota for the Rocky Mountain territory.
- Sell the company’s medical equipment directly to hospitals, surgery centers, and alternate care sites.
- Use distributors, independent sales agents, and dealers to support territory growth.
- Manage territory coverage, customer relationships, pricing, competition, market trends, and profitability.
- Prepare annual territory forecasts and business plans, plus monthly forecasts, business reports, and itinerary plans.
- Attend local and regional trade shows and prepare clear sales proposals and letters.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of sales experience.
- Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated previous success in sales achievement, with excellent communication and closing skills.
- Strong business acumen in the medical equipment market and a proactive hunter-and-prospector approach.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
- Ability to fly commercially and complete approximately 50–60% domestic travel, including overnight travel.
Nice to have
- Medical device sales experience.
- Experience effectively managing distributors, dealers, and independent sales agents.
