Doctor Pathways Coordinator

Location: Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne
Workplace: Hybrid

Help shape the future of Australia's Radiologist workforce and improve access to health services regionally.

We’re looking for a Doctor Pathways Coordinator to support the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of international radiologists across our national network.

Reporting to the Doctor Pathways Lead, you’ll coordinate the end-to-end journey for International Medical Graduates (IMGs), working closely with candidates, doctors, Business Unit management teams, Talent Acquisition and external stakeholders.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating international doctor recruitment from initial enquiry through to onboarding.
  • Managing candidate communication, documentation, interviews and recruitment pipelines.
  • Supporting visa, registration, credentialing and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating onboarding, relocation and settlement activities.
  • Supporting doctor attraction initiatives, employer branding and recruitment events.
  • Coordinating education and professional development activities for IMGs.
  • Maintaining accurate reporting, compliance records and recruitment data.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes through technology, automation and AI.

About you

You’re an organised, proactive and relationship-focused professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and working with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in medical/technical recruitment, HR or healthcare administration.
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Strong customer and candidate service focus.
  • Confidence managing multiple processes, deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Experience working with international doctors, medical recruitment or healthcare pathways will be highly regarded.
