We are looking for a Document Management Officer to support internal document workflows, including e-signature processes in DocuSign and the preparation, coordination, and maintenance of financial documentation. What You Will Be Doing: Develop and maintain document control procedures. Ensure documents are properly categorized, filed, and archived. Monitor document lifecycle — updates, reviews, and disposals. Support teams in document preparation, formatting, and submission. Assist in maintaining document templates and internal standards. Perform document verification to ensure compliance with financial and operational requirements. Provide technical and operational support for our DocuSign system. About You: 1–2 years of experience working with documents, contracts, or administrative processes. Strong logical thinking and attention to detail. Eager to learn new systems and processes (experience with DocuSign or similar tools is a plus). Responsible, structured, and proactive approach to tasks. Fluent English.
