We are looking for a Document Production Specialist to join our busy and highly regarded Document Production Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in delivering accurate, high-quality document production support across the firm. Working within a collaborative and deadline-driven environment, you will provide an exceptional service to internal clients while helping to maintain the highest standards of document presentation and consistency. This role is 24 hours per week, 9.00am-3.30pm, Tuesday - Friday.
The Role
As a Document Production Specialist, you will be responsible for producing, amending and formatting a wide range of legal and business documents. You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure documents are completed accurately, professionally and within required timescales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing and amending correspondence, reports, deeds and other documents
- Formatting and rebranding documents in line with house style guidelines
- Transcribing digital dictation and accurately interpreting briefs
- Proofreading and quality-checking all work before delivery
- Creating and amending electronic bundles and bibles
- Uploading and downloading documentation via data rooms
- Managing priorities effectively to meet deadlines
- Supporting continuous improvement across the Document Production Centre
- Providing outstanding internal client service and communication
The Candidate
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a document production team
- A typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience producing and formatting complex documents
- Excellent proofreading and attention to detail skills
- Strong communication and client service abilities
- The ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Confidence using initiative and solving document-related issues
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships
