We deliver multilingual support to federal, state, and local agencies across 80+ languages. We are expanding our translation team under a new USCIS contract and seeking full-time Document Translators to process sensitive immigration-related materials with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Responsibilities Translate official USCIS documents (immigration records, forms, evidence submissions) with 100% accuracy . Maintain terminology consistency in line with USCIS glossaries and standards. Proofread and review translations for clarity, grammar, and completeness. Handle urgent and high-volume assignments while meeting deadlines. Collaborate with quality assurance (QA) staff to ensure compliance with ISO 17100 standards . Adhere to USCIS protocols regarding confidentiality, privacy, and data security . Support expedited requests when needed (24–48 hours turnaround). Qualifications Fluency in English and at least one target language (priority: Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, Haitian Creole; rare languages highly valued). Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field. 2+ years of professional translation experience (government, legal, or immigration sector preferred). ATA certification or equivalent credentials strongly preferred. Familiarity with CAT tools and secure translation platforms . Must be able to pass a Tier 3 or Tier 5 federal background investigation . U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency required. What We Offer Competitive full-time salary + benefits.
