Documentation Specialist We offer you an interesting task in various and challenging documentation projects with one of the leading international companies in the field Comatec’s Technical Communications team is looking for a Documentation Specialist for technical instructions and spare part catalogues. Your main responsibility is to produce content for users, maintenance and installation instructions as well as to compile spare part listings and catalogues for Comatec's customers. Furthermore, you will play a major role in the planning and production of graphic images in the publications. You will also contribute to the upkeep and planning of the documentation processes. This position is located in Comatec office in Brașov, Romania. At Comatec, we follow a hybrid working model, allowing you to work either remotely or from the office. Please note that the role may also involve visits to customers’ production sites. What we expect from you: a degree in communications, languages or a technical field previous experience in technical communication/documentation experience of industrial production and products knowledge and previous experience of modular content creation and systems In this position, you must be an organized worker systematically progressing to reach the set goals. You communicate well with customers and can deal with deadlines. You feel good to be a part of a team but also able to work independently. Obviously, you are familiar with networking with specialists from different fields as well as searching for information to support your work. Excellent knowledge of the English language is a must and other language skills we treat as a big benefit. Why us?
