We seek an exceptional leader to build a high-performing team and establish WIZIO as the go-to PropTech solution in the Dominican Republic’s off-plan sector. This is a true partnership, offering equity ownership and a performance-based compensation structure designed to reward your achievements and fuel your long-term success.

Having a deep understanding of the Dominican real estate landscape and a strong network within the industry (specifically with major developers such as Grupo Puntacana, Noval Properties, Cana Bay, and others) is essential. Your ability to navigate the unique dynamics of the Caribbean market and exceed ambitious sales goals will be instrumental in propelling WIZIO to the forefront of the region.

Build Equity in Your Future

For the initial 3 months, your compensation will be commission-based (15% of total project value), reflecting your immediate achievements. This initial period allows you to demonstrate your capabilities and unlock the true power of this partnership. After a successful trial period, you'll be eligible for a 30% sweat equity ownership stake in WIZIO Dominican Republic. This innovative approach allows you to share in the long-term success of the company, directly tying your rewards to our growth.

Here's what you'll do:

• Leverage your deep understanding of the Dominican real estate market to secure partnerships with leading developers.
• Become a regional PropTech champion, pitching our browser-based, hardware-independent solutions that require no plugins.
• Build and lead a dynamic team of local real estate professionals.
• Develop and implement winning go-to-market strategies tailored to tourist investment hubs and the capital.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities specific to the Dominican Republic.
• Foster strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders and founders in the local property ecosystem.

You're the ideal candidate if you have:

• A strong understanding of the Dominican real estate market and a proven track record of success (essential).
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience in contract negotiation (essential).
• 5+ years of experience in the Dominican real estate industry (essential).
• Existing C-Suite connections in the property developer network (must).

Bonus points for:

• Experience in a startup environment or scaling new ventures.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales platforms.
• Understanding of the Dominican legal and regulatory landscape for real estate and foreign investment.
