Job Description:

Salary: $83,491.20 to $121,222.40

Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

As a Donor Recruitment Process Manager your impact is vital. You will serve as a trusted partner to donor recruitment leadership, focused on improving the processes, systems, and tools that support recruitment operations across the enterprise. By analyzing data, leading projects, evaluating new approaches, and collaborating with stakeholders across departments, you will drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen sales execution, support standardization, and improve overall operational performance. Success in this role comes from understanding how people, processes, systems, and policies work together and translating that knowledge into practical solutions that support both field teams and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and finding better ways to support donor recruitment across the enterprise. They can evaluate data, identify trends and opportunities, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Success is driven by the ability to think critically, influence without direct authority, serve as a subject matter expert on donor recruitment processes and systems, and deliver solutions that improve consistency, efficiency, and results for both the field and the organization as a whole.

As Donor Recruitment Process Manager, you will:

• Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.
• Brings compliance issues to the attention of management.
• Assures quality customer service to all customers.
• Maintains good attendance and punctuality per the absence policy.
• Based on donor recruitment initiatives, leads and/or assists in the development procedures, processes, job aids and Donor Recruitment
• Manual policies in collaboration with the donor recruitment training manager and others.
• Areas of focus include but are not limited to blood drive account management, sales process monitoring and management, data collection and securing/providing training.
• Defines goal and expected outcomes of processes and monitors progress to ensure recruitment procedures and processes are meeting predetermined goals and/or outcomes. Identifies and leads process resets and adjustments to address shortfalls.
• Implements and leads pre- and post-process change evaluations to validate effectiveness and ensure projected financial and/or productivity benefits are realized with data analysis, as needed.
• Monitors and reports internal sales processes and procedures, provides feedback for process improvement and refinement of donor recruitment team.
• Researches, evaluates, and recommends new products and methodologies to advance the donor recruitment sales process function.
• Supports the development of a proposed budget and return on investment (ROI).
• In partnership with IT systems and Marketing Operations, develops operational requirements and enhancements for internal and external software applications.
• Serves as a SME for applicable business/production software and associated processes.
• Supports the tracking and development of software enhancements, software change checkout, as well as identifying impacted business processes and implements process updates.
• Remains abreast of changes and developments in the industry.
• Performs all other duties, at the discretion of management, as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Five years of related experience required to include:

• Two years of leadership experience
• Three years of business software applications and blood bank manufacturing software experience.

Schedule:

M-F 8-5 pm

Up to 10% travel required to support enterprise initiatives, training, and departmental meetings.
