Role Title: .NET Software Developer

Role Location: Warsaw, Poland (Remote)

Duration: Long-term / 48 months initially 12 months (220 days) + 3 possible renewal (12 months /each)

Note:- “Whenever you are onsite in Warsaw, Poland you have to take care of all your expenses like Flight tickets, Hotel bills etc.”

"1 day onsite is Mandatory for On boarding in Warsaw, Poland. After this, a periodical visit every 5 - 6 months might be needed."

Job Description:-

• Design and develops software systems.
• Lead development teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Optimize software for performance, security, and quality.
• Produce and maintains technical documentation.
• Estimate development effort and timelines.
• Define software development standards and best practices.
• Propose technical solutions for business needs and technical challenges.
• Collect and interprets software metrics.
• Manage software configuration and releases.
• Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment.
• Develop and executes tests, including testing tools.
• Document software development and implementation.
• Prototype solutions
• Act as 2nd and 3rd line support

Requirements:-

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor Degree + at least 4 years of IT relevant professional experience and minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• At least 1 certification among: intermediate level certificate in software development relevant to the domain or an equivalent certification recognized internationally
• At least five years of professional experience with .NET
• At least three years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
• Experience as a Software Developer in at least two projects involving the design, implementation, and deployment of solutions based on Microsoft Business Intelligence or similar technologies
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases, SQL, BI, reporting, ETL, data modelling, OLAP, and data mining tools
• Completed at least one full software development lifecycle
• Expert in developing enterprise-level software systems within the specified technology domain
• Proficient in UML and application design
• Experienced in designing and developing the data, business logic, and presentation layers
• Experience working in Scrum environments
• Capable of leading technical teams
• Knowledge of English at B2 Level
