About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded C&P Marketing & Transformation Finance Manager to provide finance business partnering support to the SVP Marketing & Transformation and wider leadership team.
This is a highly visible role at the centre of several strategic transformation initiatives. You will help shape investment decisions, track value delivery, oversee financial governance and provide insight that drives business performance. Working across global teams, you will ensure transformation programmes deliver sustainable benefits and build value for the organisation.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the SVP Marketing & Transformation, providing financial insight and support across key business initiatives.
- Build, maintain and challenge financial models to support transformation projects and business cases.
- Track savings, benefits realisation and value delivery against agreed targets, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
- Integrate transformation impacts into forecasting, planning and long-term business cycles.
- Handle transformation budgets, ensuring effective cost control and financial stewardship.
- Support commercial contract management, including financial oversight, invoice approval and rebate tracking.
- Lead cost allocation and recharge processes, ensuring transparency, accuracy and compliance.
- Provide accounting guidance and support robust financial controls and audit readiness.
- Prepare finance updates and insights for leadership governance forums and transformation boards.
- Develop training materials and support capability building across the organisation.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimisation and enhanced reporting.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Significant experience in finance, FP&A, business partnering or commercial finance.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and case development experience.
- Experience tracking benefits realisation and measuring value delivery.
- Validated ability to influence senior partners and support strategic decision-making.
- Experience working within transformation, change or large-scale programme environments.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

- Strong commercial and financial competence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights.
- Strong partner management and influencing capability.
- Experience developing critical metrics and tracking programme performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related field.
Desirable
- Experience in transformation finance, programme finance or strategic finance roles.
- Knowledge of objectives and key results and performance management frameworks.
- Understanding of agile or lean portfolio management principles.
- Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
