Profile Requirements: Minimum 2.5 years of proven experience in drafting, technical drawing, document preparation, or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate work. Comfortable learning new software and internal systems. Excellent written English communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint and PDF editing tools. Experience with AutoCAD or other drafting software is advantageous but not essential. Core responsibilities: Prepare and update evacuation diagrams for commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public facilities. Produce emergency procedure manuals and supporting documentation in accordance with Australian standards and client requirements. Convert site plans, floor plans, and building information into clear, accurate emergency planning documentation. Utilise the client's proprietary software, templates, and drafting tools to produce consistent deliverables. Review plans for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before submission. Maintain organised digital records and document version control. Liaise with the Australian team to clarify project requirements and incorporate feedback. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve drafting efficiency and documentation quality.
