Job Title: PT Draftsperson

Location: Ortigas, Pasig, PH

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH Time (Hybrid | 3x Onsite, 2x WFH)

Job Details:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Structural Draftsperson to support the preparation and delivery of high-quality structural and post-tensioned (PT) drawings. The successful candidate will have at least three years of drafting experience, preferably within a structural or PT engineering environment, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam. This role involves collaborating closely with structural engineers to develop accurate construction documentation, interpreting structural and architectural drawings, reviewing and coordinating drawing markups, and ensuring all deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering team while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a structural draftsperson, preferably with experience in post-tensioned (PT) structures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.
• Familiar with Bluebeam and experienced in reviewing, marking up, and coordinating drawings in PDF format.
• Relevant drafting qualification, certificate, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to liaise effectively with structural engineers to develop and produce accurate structural and PT drawings.
• Ability to interpret structural engineering drawings, architectural drawings, and engineering markups.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to project deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively within an engineering/design team.
