All positive drugs and alcohol test results for prospective candidates will be securely held on Sentinel database and a 5 year suspension from applying for a safety critical role, a role which requires PTS certification or a Key Safety role on Network Rail Managed Infrastructure will be enforced.

What You'll Do
Drive & Deliver Safely
- Operate a variety of vehicles you are licensed and certified to drive
- Transport plant and materials safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Ensure all vehicle loads meet road traffic legislation and vehicle operating limits
- Carry out the loading and unloading of plant and materials
- Safely operate mechanised lifting equipment, including HIABs and Forklift Trucks
- Follow all Health & Safety requirements at all times
- Complete mandatory daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly
- Keep vehicles clean, safe, and roadworthy
- Accurately complete and return all paperwork and records, including delivery documentation
- Follow Safe Systems of Work, Method Statements, company policies, and procedures
- Deliver a professional service to end users
- Contribute positively to team performance and operational success
- Undertake regular Driver CPC training
- Contribute to your own development and support the development of others
What You'll Need
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Class 2 HGV
- Hiab
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Hold and retain relevant competencies required for the role
- Willingness to drive different vehicles as required by business need
- Experience operating mechanised lifting equipment
- Forklift Truck operation experience (essential)
- Ideally hold, or be working towards, NVQ Level 1 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
