Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries in Dutch and English regarding vehicle specifications, digital connected services, and dealer support. Provide first-contact resolution with a focus on premium quality, luxury service standards, and empathy. Manage user accounts, connected app troubleshooting, and customer requests in the CRM platform. Build lasting trust and brand loyalty with clients and prospective buyers. Escalate complex technical matters to specialist teams while keeping the customer informed. Requirements & Qualifications Fluency or native-level mastery in Dutch (C1/C2) and fluent command of English. Current residence in Portugal with all required work authorization documents. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with high emotional intelligence. Previous customer service or call center experience is a strong advantage.
