What You'll Do Assist travelers via phone, email, and chat with accommodation bookings, updates, and cancellations. Deliver friendly, high-quality support to ensure a seamless travel experience. Log customer interactions accurately in internal systems. Work together with internal teams to resolve complex customer requests. What You Bring Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and solid English (B2+) . Great communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset. Comfortable navigating multi-screen/multi-system environments.
