The Role & Schedule

• Role: Deliver exceptional customer support in both English and Dutch, resolving inquiries with professionalism and ease.
• Working Hours: Regular day shifts between 08:00 – 18:00 (No late-night shifts!).
• Work Model: Initial 3-month on-site period, followed by a flexible hybrid setup.

• Location: Must already be based locally in Lisbon, Portugal (Note: Relocation support is not provided for this role).
