Core Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
- Multichannel Engagement: Handling incoming client communications via phone, email, and live messaging with fluid professionalism in fluent Dutch and fluent English.
- Complex Problem Resolution: Investigating and fixing detailed booking discrepancies and payment inquiries with patience and empathy.
- Travel Expertise: Staying informed on international travel regulations and internal software tools to offer accurate, high-level guidance to clients.
- Database Tracking: Documenting all client interactions thoroughly within the corporate CRM to maintain precise account histories.
- Performance Excellence: Reaching individual efficiency targets while teaming up with an international workforce to sustain top-grade service standards.
- Language Capabilities:
- Dutch: Fluent (C2-level) command to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- English: Fluent (B2-level or higher) proficiency for internal systems, training programs, and team communication.
