This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are eager to excel in a corporate environment that prioritizes client satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking corporate clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. Address customer inquiries related to corporate accounts, product details, and service-related issues promptly and effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Educate corporate customers about the company's products and services to enhance their overall experience. Document all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and comprehensive reporting. Work collaboratively with sales and technical support teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancement. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment. Strong understanding of corporate customer needs with a professional approach to service delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. Proficiency in customer service applications and the Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced work environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
