As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers. Your primary goal is to assist these customers with their inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure they have a memorable experience using our services. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch through chat, email, and phone. Resolve customer issues efficiently and respond to inquiries promptly. Guide customers through our services and educate them about our offerings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with team members to continually improve service quality. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service delivery. Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; any additional languages are a plus. Previous experience in customer service is preferable but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented focus. Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial. Willingness to relocate to Greece . An interest in customer service and a passion for working in a multicultural setting.
