Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage complaints with a focus on delivering a positive experience. Assist users in navigating our gaming platform, ensuring they make the most of our services. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet service goals and uphold quality standards. Accurately document customer interactions in our support systems for effective follow-up. Engage in ongoing training to deepen your understanding of our products and improve service delivery. Fluent in German and proficient in English ; additional languages are a plus. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred. Outstanding communication skills with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries.
