Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work well within a team and independently.
