Are you a fluent Dutch speaker looking for an international opportunity, even if you don't have extensive professional experience yet?

We are looking for motivated Dutch speakers to join an international Customer Support team in Greece. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience, develop new skills and work in an international environment.

Previous customer service experience is not required. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with their questions and requests
• Provide support through phone, email and/or chat
• Help customers with account, product or service-related enquiries
• Find practical solutions to everyday customer issues
• Guide customers clearly through the available options and processes
• Record and manage customer interactions using internal systems
• Work alongside colleagues in an international environment
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
• Clear and friendly communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude
• Motivation to learn and develop professionally
• No previous customer service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
