Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking enterprise clients, addressing inquiries and providing dedicated support. Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses to deliver effective and personalized solutions. Conduct thorough consultations and strategy sessions to aid clients in implementing decisions aligned with their business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with client requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing trust and engagement. Stay updated on industry trends and company solutions to offer valuable insights to clients. Support clients in overcoming operational challenges encountered during their engagement. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Proven experience in a client-facing role, specifically with enterprise clients. Strong understanding of business solutions and the consulting process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on relationship-building. Self-driven with effective organizational and time management skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical capabilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
