Onboarding Account Manager to lead high-potential Dutch enterprises, vendors, and scaling businesses. As the primary strategist for our incoming Dutch client base, you will build foundational ad campaigns and establish the framework for long-term commercial success.
In this position, you will bridge advanced marketing technology with clear, actionable strategy—ensuring every client receives top-tier support from day one.
Essential Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
As a B2B Integration Specialist, your day-to-day workflow will involve:
- Campaign Management: Architecting, launching, and continually optimizing high-converting Pay-Per-Click (PPC) initiatives for a diverse range of Dutch business clients.
- Platform Consulting: Serving as an internal expert on our proprietary advertising technology, customizing tools to fit each partner's specific targets.
- Consultative Selling: Assessing client business models to pitch custom marketing campaigns that maximize return on investment.
- Account Development: Uncovering untapped growth channels across your client portfolio, advising on smart budget allocation, and driving top-tier campaign performance.
- CRM Administration: Keeping detailed, up-to-date activity logs in our database to support smooth collaboration across internal teams.
Candidate Requirements & Profile
We are looking for a driven professional who combines data-driven analytical skills with the polished interpersonal abilities needed to cultivate trusted relationships with executive decision-makers in the Dutch market.
Language Requirements
- Fluent Dutch: C2-level or complete oral and written command is strictly required for high-level business interactions.
- Fluent English: Minimum B2 upper-intermediate level required for internal training, operational alignment, and company-wide communication.
Technical & Regional Competencies
- Analytical Capability: Skilled in interpreting data streams, analyzing traffic trends, and leveraging performance data to design custom commercial roadmaps.
- Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Dutch commercial landscape, local consumer habits, and regional compliance frameworks like GDPR.
