About The Role

Are you a native-level Dutch speaker looking for an exciting career opportunity in an international environment? Join a leading BPO client as a Customer Support Agent, providing assistance to Dutch-speaking customers while developing your professional skills.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who are starting their careers or looking to enter the customer service industry, as no previous customer support experience is required.

The position is remote, but candidates must be based in Lisbon, Portugal. We also welcome applications from international candidates who are willing to relocate to Portugal.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide first-level customer support to Dutch-speaking customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with basic issues and requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented approach.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch is mandatory.
• B2 level of English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal, or be willing to relocate to Portugal from abroad.
