Dutch/Flemish Customer Service Advisor - Barcelona

Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for customers and provide fast and friendly service. Answer customer inquiries by phone and email, offering tailored solutions. Ensure accurate administrative follow-up of all customer requests. Contribute to a safe and reliable experience for our customers. Requirements Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written, with a good command of English. Customer-oriented, empathetic, and a strong communicator. Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required. Solution-oriented, able to work well under pressure, and capable of multitasking. Comfortable working with computer systems and software applications. A valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required.
