Your role in the team

As a Service Desk you provide first-level IT support to end users by resolving incidents and service requests within SLA.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and requests via ticketing system, ensuring correct prioritization and categorization.
• Identify recurring issues and proactively propose improvements or automation opportunities.
• Maintain clean ticket documentation and contribute to reporting, knowledge base, and continuous service improvements.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Experience in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk environment.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to support operational coordination with Service Delivery Manager.
• Excellent communication skills English.
