What candidate is needed

• Expertise in Site Reliability Engineering with a focus on observability platforms, specifically Dynatrace.
• Proficient in designing and optimizing monitoring solutions for distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination within agile, early-stage product environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues impacting monitoring accuracy.
• Detail-oriented and capable of autonomous task management under tight deadlines with high decision-making maturity.

What the candidate will do

• Lead the design and implementation of a Dynatrace dashboard tailored to strategic business and operational metrics.
• Identify and integrate new telemetry sources from web applications and microservices to enhance monitoring coverage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting data accuracy and dashboard reliability in a distributed environment.
• Collaborate closely with a small, agile team of 3-5 engineers and engage regularly with client managers and development teams.
• Maintain and continuously optimize Dynatrace configurations to align with evolving KPI requirements.
• Manage project blockers proactively to ensure timely delivery of critical monitoring capabilities.
• Translate input from analysts and product owners into actionable monitoring solutions supporting product validation.
