Dynatrace Monitoring Engineer (AMS)

We are looking for a Dynatrace Monitoring Engineer to join an international Monitoring team supporting critical environments across Switzerland, Singapore, and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance the Dynatrace platform.
• Deploy and manage Dynatrace OneAgent.
• Configure and optimize middleware, RUM, and synthetic monitoring.
• Support integrations with Cribl and Splunk ITSI.
• Automate operational tasks and improve monitoring processes and KPIs.
• Collaborate with global monitoring and internal technical teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration.
• Expertise in platform tuning, monitoring configuration, and dashboard creation.
• Experience with application and middleware monitoring.
• Knowledge of RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, and observability best practices.
• Experience with automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Java applications.
• Experience with Splunk, Splunk ITSI, and Cribl.
• Exposure to international and distributed teams.

Work Model: Hybrid (remote + onsite)

Salary: 2400€ - 2600€ net with food allowance.
