E-commerce Growth Marketer

We’re looking for like-minded people to join us! The Role: New fashion ecommerce brand launching in the US market. We're looking for a Ecommerce Growth Marketer with real experience scaling international DTC brands, to lead paid acquisition and drive growth from day one. This is not a corporate role, you'll have direct ownership over paid media strategy and budget, working closely with leadership to scale fast. What You'll Be Doing: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google (monthly budgets of 50k+), owning performance end-to-end from creative testing to bidding and reporting Scale campaigns internationally with a strong focus on the US and UK, testing new acquisition channels like TikTok Shop and creator/UGC partnerships Track and act on key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate), reporting directly to leadership on growth strategy Work closely with creative and content teams on ad performance, and with customer support to ensure a strong post-purchase experience Oversee day-to-day Shopify operations (product uploads, page updates, CRO), coordinating with fulfillment/logistics partners and suppliers as needed Build and optimize workflows using AI tools (automation, reporting, content, support) What We're Looking For: Senior experience as an E-commerce Media Buyer Proven track record scaling international DTC ecommerce brands (US/UK a strong plus) Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads budgets of 50k+/month Solid working knowledge of Google Ads Strong ownership mindset - you like figuring things out and moving fast Very comfortable with AI tools Fluent in English Bonus points Experience with TikTok Shop or creator-led / UGC campaigns Experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle DTC brands Experience with CRO / A-B testing Knowledge of Klaviyo / email / CRM What's in It for You: Competitive salary plus performance bonuses that reward your wins Solid training and ongoing learning opportunities to keep you sharp Flexible hybrid setup: 3 days in our Lisbon office, 2 days from wherever you work best A startup vibe where your voice matters and your ideas get heard
