Our client is rapidly expanding their brand ecosystem on Amazon. To fuel our next phase of growth, they are simultaneously recruiting for a few critical roles on their dedicated Amazon Commerce Team. The roles are primarily onsite with one day/week remote. Whether you specialize in high-converting content, complex paid media strategies, data-driven product development, or executive P&L leadership, we want to hear from you. Overview of Open Roles 1. Amazon Content & SEO Manager (5+ Years Experience) Focus: Organic Search, Conversion Optimization & Brand Storytelling. Core Responsibilities: Own end-to-end product listings across all ASINs (titles, bullet points, backend keywords). Lead creation of A+ Content and Brand Stores. Conduct keyword research using Helium 10 / Brand Analytics to drive organic ranking and lower BSR. Resolve listing suppressions and ensure brand compliance. 2. Amazon Advertising Manager (5+ Years Experience) Focus: Paid Media Strategy, Campaign Execution & ROAS Optimization. Core Responsibilities: Manage full-funnel Amazon advertising across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and Amazon DSP. Direct advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS/TACOS. Utilize platforms like Pacvue, Perpetua, or Teikametrics to optimize campaigns at scale. 3. Amazon Product Development Manager (5+ Years Experience) Focus: Catalog Strategy, SKU Lifecycle & Marketplace Insights. Core Responsibilities: Drive product planning, SKU rationalization, bundling, and go-to-market roadmaps tailored for Amazon. Manage end-to-end launch processes (ASIN setup, positioning, launch promos). Partner with Supply Chain on demand forecasting and collaborate with Advertising on product lifecycle campaigns. 4. Amazon Business Director (10+ Years Experience) Focus: Channel P&L Ownership, Executive Strategy & Team Leadership. Core Responsibilities: Full P&L management (revenue, margin, COGS, ad spend, and overall profitability) across 1P and 3P models. Lead long-term marketplace strategy, manage relationships with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central teams, and guide cross-functional teams in Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to scale channel market share. General Qualifications (All Roles) Category Expertise: 5+ years (10+ for Director level) of hands-on Amazon/E-Commerce experience, ideally within CPG. Technical Mastery: Deep familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central environments and analytics tools. Mindset: Strong analytical agility, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for staying ahead of evolving Amazon algorithms and e-commerce trends.
