Reports to: CEO

About YallaCoins

YallaCoins is a digital commerce business providing access to digital products, gaming credits, top-ups and prepaid goods through convenient online purchasing experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on E-commerce Manager to launch, manage and grow an assigned digital-products business.

You will develop its customer proposition, lead commercial priorities and improve acquisition, conversion, retention and delivery outcomes. You will work with shared Marketing, Technology, Finance and Customer Support teams to turn plans into reliable execution.

The role combines business building with day-to-day ownership, working within approved budgets, financial rules and agreed shared-team capacity.

What You Will Do

- Research customers, competitors and market demand to develop a clear proposition, target audience and differentiated offer.

- Build and execute the commercial plan, including assortment, pricing and promotion recommendations, sales forecasts and growth priorities.

- Lead launch readiness, coordinating catalogue setup, customer-journey testing, payment and fulfillment checks, and support arrangements.

- Set acquisition and retention priorities with Marketing, including SEO, content, paid campaigns, CRM and repeat-purchase initiatives.

- Maintain accurate product information, denominations, regional eligibility, approved prices and availability across the assigned storefront.

- Improve product pages, navigation and checkout using customer feedback, analytics and structured conversion experiments.

- Own business requirements and roadmap priorities; work with Technology on implementation, testing and business acceptance.

- Coordinate supplier and service dependencies, investigate payment or delivery problems, and drive customer cases to resolution with the responsible teams.

- Monitor acquisition cost, conversion, order success, repeat purchasing and Finance-validated contribution; recommend and follow through on improvements.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience owning and improving an Ecommerce business, with clear evidence of your personal contribution to launch, growth or commercial performance.

- Practical understanding of digital-goods fulfillment, supplier integrations, product and regional restrictions, payment performance and order exceptions.

- Ability to assess commercial economics, including margins, payment costs, acquisition costs and customer repeat behavior.

- Working knowledge of Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Salla, WooCommerce or comparable solutions.

- Experience using Ecommerce analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 4 or equivalent, to diagnose problems and guide decisions.

- Ability to turn customer and business needs into clear briefs, priorities and acceptance criteria for specialist teams.

- Strong communication, prioritization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate remote contributors and take ownership through completion.

Strongly Preferred

- Direct commercial experience selling digital goods such as game credits, livestreaming top-ups, gift cards, vouchers or prepaid products.

- Experience launching a storefront, entering a new market or managing several related websites.

- Experience with localized payment methods, CRM/lifecycle marketing and customer retention.

Relevant commercial results matter more than familiarity with a particular platform. Candidates from adjacent sectors should be able to demonstrate the required digital-goods knowledge.

How the Role Works

You own the assigned business’s commercial priorities and customer outcomes. Shared teams provide specialist execution: Technology owns technical implementation and releases; Finance validates financial results and retains financial approvals; Marketing delivers agreed specialist activity; Customer Support manages agreed service queues.

What Success Looks Like

- A customer proposition and launch decisions supported by evidence.

- An accurate, executable offer and a reliable purchasing and delivery journey.

- Improving customer acquisition, conversion and repeat purchasing within agreed economics.

- Clear priorities, supported commercial results and issues resolved through effective cross-functional ownership.
