E-commerce Marketing Specialist (Shopify & Marketplaces)

About the Role

Robinsons Department Stores Online is looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Specialist to manage e-commerce campaigns across our website, Shopee, Lazada, and customer communication channels.

This is not an entry-level role. Applicants must have practical experience executing digital campaigns, managing promotional mechanics, and working with e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaigns across the Shopify website, Shopee, Lazada, and other digital channels.
• Set up vouchers, discounts, bundles, gifts-with-purchase, promotional pricing, banners, and landing pages.
• Update campaign content and promotions through Shopify platform.
• Test campaigns before launch and resolve pricing, voucher, listing, or content issues.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and requirements with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and marketplace partners.
• Support Double Digit Campaigns, Payday Sales, festive campaigns, product launches, and other promotional events.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and post-campaign reports.
• Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in e-commerce, retail marketing, digital marketing, FMCG, or an agency.
• Experience using Shopify or an equivalent e-commerce platform.
• Experience managing campaigns through Shopee, Lazada, or similar marketplace Seller Centres.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and take ownership of deliverables.
