E-Commerce Marketplace & AI Content Specialist Schedule: Full-time Work Arrangement: Remote About the Role A company in US is looking for an E-Commerce Marketplace & AI Content Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Newegg, Newegg Business, and DigiKey . This role focuses primarily on organic marketplace growth , combining e-commerce knowledge, SEO, content optimization, competitive research, and practical use of AI tools. You will be responsible for improving how our products are presented, discovered, and converted across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize product listings across multiple marketplaces. Conduct keyword research and apply marketplace SEO strategies to improve organic visibility. Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, search terms, and other listing content. Analyze competitors, search trends, and marketplace performance to identify opportunities for growth. Improve listings to increase customer engagement and conversion rates. Maintain catalog accuracy, consistency, and overall listing health. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for research, copywriting, content creation, and workflow development. Review and fact-check AI-generated content before publishing. Create or direct the development of product images, infographics, and short-form videos. Collaborate on strategies to improve product presentation and customer experience across marketplaces. What We're Looking For Experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, product listings, or marketplace SEO . Understanding of keyword research, SEO, conversion optimization, and competitive analysis. Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Newegg, or similar marketplaces. Intermediate knowledge in Paid Media - PPC. Strong written English and excellent attention to detail. Practical experience using AI tools for content creation, research, or process improvement. Ability to understand technical products and translate information into clear, compelling content. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Benefits 100% remote work. 40 hours per week.
