Title: E-Commerce Paid Acquisition Lead

Time: Full-time (EST hours)

Location: Remote (South Africa)

Compensation: Basic $29,000/y USD (Target OTE $59,000/y USD)

Our client designs and handcrafts luxury everyday essentials built from natural materials, alongside a corporate gifting arm that helps companies leave a lasting impression. They are growing rapidly and building a performance-driven paid engine to match.

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a performance-driven Paid Acquisition Lead to own paid growth end-to-end, including strategy, execution, testing, optimization, and reporting. You will directly own performance metrics and play a hands-on role in scaling the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across key channels, from strategy through to daily execution and reporting

• Run and scale performance campaigns on Meta and other primary channels to drive profitable revenue

• Analyze CAC, ROAS, and unit economics to maximize return on ad spend

• Build and run structured creative testing to continuously improve performance and conversion

• Shape broader go-to-market strategies as the company grows

• Support the B2B gifting arm with targeted LinkedIn paid campaigns

• Collaborate across teams to ensure paid efforts align with brand and business goals

• Test new channels and identify efficient opportunities to expand reach

Qualifications

• Proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands through paid acquisition backed by data

• Deep hands-on experience with Meta and other e-commerce ad platforms

• Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of unit economics and profitable growth

• Demonstrated experience with creative testing, conversion principles, and funnel optimization

• Ability to contribute to high-level growth strategy while managing day-to-day operations

• Strong communication skills with the self-discipline to work autonomously in a remote environment
