E-commerce Recruiter (Creative & Performance Marketing)

Recruiter — Remote

$2,000–$4,000/month + $500 for every hire

BrandLab builds and scales e-commerce brands. We’re looking for a recruiter to find the people who grow them.

What you’ll do:

• Hire creative strategists, video editors, operations managers, and AI talent for brands spending six to seven figures per month on Meta
• Run each search end to end: sourcing, assessments, interviews, references, and offers
• Build a bench of strong candidates before we need them

The offer:

• $2,000–$4,000/month, depending on experience and hours
• $500 bonus for every successful hire
• Part-time or full-time
• Fully remote, working directly with the founder
• 4–5 hours of daily overlap with 9:00–18:00 GMT+7
