About PARA

PARA is a premium slow-lifestyle brand from Rīga. We sell loose-leaf tea, mineral bath salts and hand-made candles, made in Latvia and shipped across Europe. We sell directly to our customers through our own online shop. Everything we do should feel calm, honest and well made, and that includes our website and social channels.

The role

You'll own PARA's digital presence end to end: the online shop and every social channel. You'll work directly with the founder. This is a hands-on role with a lot of freedom and real influence on how the brand looks and grows.

What you'll do

• Run and improve frompara.com (built on Odoo): add and edit products, update page texts, fix bugs, and build new pages and layouts
• Plan, create and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Manage WhatsApp customer communication and community
• Keep the brand look and tone consistent across web and social
• Prepare product photos and short videos for web and social
• Handle the site in English, Latvian, Estonian and Lithuanian (with translation support)
• Track what works (traffic, engagement, sales) and suggest improvements

Must have

• Hands-on experience running an online shop (Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce or similar)
• Experience managing brand social media accounts
• Good eye for design and premium, minimal visuals
• Fluent English and Latvian
• Independent, organised, and happy to own results

Nice to have

• Odoo experience
• Basic HTML/CSS
• Canva, Figma, Adobe or CapCut skills
• Short-form video (Reels, Shorts)
• Estonian or Lithuanian
• Interest in wellness, tea or slow living
