What Kind of Teammate Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines,
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, product management, and digital marketing processes,
• Proficiency in actively utilizing generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) for content creation, copywriting, visual concept drafting, and data analysis,
• Fundamental to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with the ability to manage campaign setups and track performance metrics,
• Strong command of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.) and SEO & GEO practices,
• On-Site Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with on-site marketing, personalization, and conversion optimization platforms (Insider, Webengage, etc.),
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace integrations,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in following emerging technologies and e-commerce trends.

Job Description

• Manage catalog, pricing, inventory, and content on the e-commerce platform,
• Leverage AI tools to generate SEO-optimized product descriptions, marketing copy, and campaign content,
• Contribute to rapid visual and banner concept development using AI-assisted tools,
• Regularly monitor Meta and Google Ads performance, coordinating with the internal digital marketing team or external agency to support campaign execution,
• Analyze sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and ad metrics to present regular analytical reports,
• Optimize processes to enhance customer experience and evaluate automation opportunities to reduce operational workload,
• Plan, configure, and track promotional campaigns and discount structures within the system.
