As an E-Commerce Specialist – Canada, you will play a key role in driving ARKET's online customer experience and commercial performance. You will play a key role in supporting market launch activities and ongoing e-commerce operations while contributing to ARKET's wider European e-commerce business.. Working cross-functionally, you will manage content, product information, campaigns and site operations to ensure a seamless customer journey and support ARKET's continued international growth
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive and coordinate e-commerce readiness for ARKET's Canadian market launch and support post-launch performance optimization.
- Manage and publish content across arket.com, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely execution across markets.
- Support digital merchandising activities by optimizing search, product recommendation areas and product discoverability.
- Execute promotions and campaigns, including setup, quality assurance and performance follow-up.
- Manage shipping configurations and site operations, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure products are enriched with accurate attributes and legal information to support successful launches and market compliance.
- Act as a superuser for relevant e-commerce systems, driving best practices and supporting process improvements.
- Create and execute newsletters in collaboration with CRM and other stakeholders to support customer engagement and commercial objectives.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be part of ARKET's Digital CX team and collaborate closely with colleagues across E-Commerce, CRM, Marketing, Customer Experience, Tech and Operations. You will work with stakeholders across multiple markets and functions to ensure successful launches, campaigns and customer experiences.
QUALIFICATION
- Experience working with the Canadian market, including an understanding of local customer expectations, commercial requirements and market dynamics.
- Experience working within E-Commerce, Digital Merchandising, Online Trading or Digital Marketing.
- Experience coordinating website content, campaigns or site operations in a digital commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of digital commerce and how content, product data and site operations drive customer experience and commercial performance.
- Experience supporting market launches, expansion projects or cross-market digital operations is highly valued.
- Ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience troubleshooting digital commerce issues and coordinating solutions across stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with CRM, newsletters or customer communication channels is considered an advantage.
- Genuine interest in digital commerce, retail and customer experience.

This is a full-time temporary position based at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
