This role will support the product and visual merchandising function by preparing new products for the website, maintaining existing product pages and working through the backlog of products requiring improvements. The role is highly detail-oriented and combines data, systems and visual merchandising. In your day-to-day, you will: Prepare and publish new products across the client's e-commerce websites and domains, with volumes reaching up to 900 product listings per week during peak periods. Create and maintain product pages, ensuring product information, descriptions, dimensions, images, videos, upsells and cross-sells are accurate and complete. Upload and organise product images and other visual assets against the correct SKUs. Review existing product pages and work through the backlog to identify products requiring visual merchandising improvements or content clean-up. Improve underperforming product pages by reviewing imagery, descriptions, dimensions and overall presentation. Perform detailed quality checks across product data and visual content before and after products go live. Use Excel and Google Sheets to download, manipulate, organise, filter and audit product data. Work methodically through large volumes of SKUs while maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency. Use content management and e-commerce systems to create, update and maintain product listings. Perform basic image editing such as resizing and background removal using Photoshop and Photoroom. Review product presentation from a customer and commercial perspective, ensuring pages are visually appealing and positioned to support conversion. Identify and challenge incorrect, incomplete or poor-quality product content rather than simply processing it. Collaborate with product, merchandising and e-commerce team members to resolve issues and ensure products are ready for publication. Manage tasks and communicate with the wider team through Slack and Asana. Follow established processes and systems while learning the client's proprietary e-commerce platform. Use AI tools where helpful, while independently checking and challenging AI-generated information rather than relying on AI to complete the work. Skills you have: At least 5 years of Ecommerce product merchandising, catalogue management, product content or a similar role. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including working with high volumes of data. Experience with product page optimisation, catalogue clean-up or website content maintenance. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot small errors and inconsistencies. Strong data management, auditing and organisational skills. Experience working with CMS, e-commerce or product management systems. Basic Photoshop skills, including product image resizing and background removal, with experience using Photoroom or similar image editing tools. A strong visual eye and the ability to assess whether product content looks professional and commercially appropriate. An understanding of how product presentation can influence e-commerce conversion and customer experience. Strong written English and the ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders. Highly organised and comfortable working through repetitive, high-volume tasks without compromising quality. Proactive and willing to question information, flag issues and take ownership of correcting problems. Comfortable learning new systems, processes and product ranges. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team. Skills that will make you stand out: Experience with Shopify or another established e-commerce platform. Experience managing large product catalogues or high volumes of SKUs. Experience working within retail, motorcycle, automotive, powersports or another product-heavy e-commerce environment.
