Date: Sep 10, 2026 Location: Requisition ID: 23791 Description: Job Title: E-Sorter Job Type: Full Time Grade: H Function/Department: Health Plan and Healthcare Services Reporting to: Team Leader -Operations Pay Range: $14/hr Role Description: As an E-Sorter, you will play a crucial role in efficiently sorting and processing incoming mail and documents. You will be responsible for ensuring that all materials are handled accurately, in compliance with relevant guidelines, and with a strong focus on maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exhibit excellent attention to detail will be paramount in this role. Roles & Responsibilities Proficient in computer operation. Demonstrate a typing speed of 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy. Familiarity with manual document sorting techniques. Skillful in identifying and segregating mail in accordance with prescribed guidelines. Responsible for the secure disposal of Protected Health Information (PHI) materials in designated HIPAA-compliant bins. Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks. Capable of working independently without constant supervision. Effective at managing multiple tasks concurrently. Commitment to maintaining a "clean desk" workspace. Uphold a consistently high standard of work quality. Adhere to company policies regarding attendance and punctuality. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and documents effectively. Willingness to perform any other duties as assigned. Preferred Educational Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Competencies & Skills Must be able to type 30 wpm, 95% accurate Must be flexible to work overtime as needed An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
