About AerFin

AerFin is breathing new life into aviation. We buy, sell, lease and repair aircraft, engines and parts to maximise value for their owners and provide a lower-cost supply of material to our airline, lessor and MRO customers. Through our deep technical expertise and high-performance culture, we deliver confidence-inspiring quality, safety and value to customers across six continents. With regional hubs in Europe, Asia and the USA, we’re perfectly placed to keep fleets flying and get deals done. That’s the AerFin way. That’s the way ahead.

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised and ambitious colleague to step into a Executive Assistant role supporting AerFin’s Executive Committee. Working primarily with our C-suite, you’ll also partner closely with the CEO’s EA, the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues across AerFin.

What matters most for this role is strong judgement, curiosity, discretion and the confidence to bring structure to competing priorities.

This is a great opportunity for someone ready to stretch themselves, broaden their commercial awareness and build trusted relationships across the business. You’ll receive exposure to senior decision-making and experience that can strengthen your future career at AerFin.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Committee, including calendar management, meeting coordination and wider day-to-day support.

  • Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements.

  • Act as a key liaison between ExCo, the Senior Leadership Team and wider internal and external stakeholders.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, professionalism and sound judgement.

  • Prepare, edit and review correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.

  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items.

  • Manage logistics for virtual and in-person meetings.

  • Support SLT and OpCo meeting governance, helping to ensure rhythm, structure and effective follow-through.

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives.

  • Conduct research and provide analysis on a range of topics as requested.

  • Work with the CEO’s EA on the planning and coordination of company events and leadership offsites.

  • Organise team offsites as required.

  • Support the Marketing team with the planning and coordination of conferences, customer hospitality and events.

  • Lead the coordination of the monthly all-staff call, Big Chat.

  • Identify and introduce efficiencies by improving processes, communication, technology use and ways of working.

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with, and on behalf of, leadership.

  • Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted point of contact.

  • Provide cover for the CEO’s EA as required, including exposure to Board-related activity and senior-level governance.

What we’re looking for

  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to bring calm and structure when priorities compete.

  • A confident, thoughtful communicator who can build trusted relationships at every level of AerFin.

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, clear and well-presented work.

  • Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

  • A practical problem-solving mindset and the confidence to suggest better ways of working.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel; support can be provided to build capability where needed.

  • A collaborative approach, adaptability and a willingness to support across teams.

  • Curiosity, ambition and a genuine interest in seeing how decisions are made and how AerFin operates at leadership level.

Why this is a great opportunity

This is more than a traditional EA role. You’ll be trusted with meaningful work at the centre of AerFin, helping senior leaders stay focused, connecting activity across functions and seeing how strategic decisions turn into action. Few roles offer the same breadth of exposure to our people, priorities and plans.

You’ll build experience in executive support, governance, stakeholder management, business communication, project coordination and continuous improvement. Just as importantly, you’ll develop a strong internal network and a much broader understanding of AerFin. Valuable experience wherever your career takes you next.

In return we offer

  • Discretionary Bonus Scheme

  • Volunteering Leave

  • Life Assurance

  • Pension Scheme

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

  • Healthcare Scheme

  • 28 days of annual leave with an option to buy or sell an additional 5 days per year

  • Electric Vehicle Leasing Scheme

  • Grandternity Leave

  • Appreciation & Festive Reward

  • Social events and much more
