Role Description
Booking Holdings India COE | Early Careers Program Specialist
Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)
Experience: 5+ years
Function: Human Resources
Role Type: Contingent Worker
Every great journey starts with a single step. Help us make that step unforgettable.
At Booking Holdings, travel is more than just getting from point A to point B. It’s about the feeling you get when you step into a new place, the people you meet, and the memories that stick with you forever. Through brands like Booking.com, Agoda, KAYAK, and OpenTable, we help millions of people experience the world every single day.
Behind all of that technology is something far simpler and more human: people.
At our India Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bangalore, we’re building teams that think differently, care deeply, and solve big problems together. But finding those fresh perspectives, the students and graduates who bring new energy, curiosity, and bold ideas, takes care, effort, and heart.
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an Early Careers Specialist who genuinely cares about people at the very beginning of their professional lives. If you remember what it felt like to look for your first big opportunity—and want to build experiences that make candidates feel seen, supported, and excited—we’d love to welcome you to our team.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you won't just be coordinating interview schedules or managing spreadsheets though process rigor is a big part of what keeps us grounded. You’ll be the bridge between talented young people and their future careers.
Working side by side with our Early Careers Lead, you’ll take care of the end-to-end details that turn campus strategy into real, memorable candidate experiences.
Bring Humanity to Campus Recruitment
- Be a welcoming, clear, and reassuring contact for students, placement teams, and university leaders as we connect across campuses in India.
- Organize and host events, from campus sessions to hackathons and Q&As, that feel authentic, informative, and inclusive rather than performative.
- Ensure every candidate feels valued throughout their journey with us, from their very first application through offer stage and day one.
Keep the Engine Running Smoothly
- Manage the moving pieces of high-volume campus hiring drives with clarity and care: interview schedules, panel preparation, ATS updates, and offer communication.
- Keep candidate data clean, accurate, and up to date, giving our leadership team the clear context they need to make thoughtful decisions.
- Help troubleshoot candidate queries with patience, empathy, and speed.
Support Growth & Community
- Support the day-to-day coordination of our intern and graduate cohorts, helping set up mentorship loops, onboarding moments, and feedback touchpoints.
- Help create a warm environment where early talent feels comfortable asking questions, learning, and finding their footing.
- Keep an intentional lens on inclusion, ensuring opportunities are accessible and fair to candidates from all backgrounds.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in campus recruitment, early talent operations, or talent acquisition coordination, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Quiet confidence in execution: You know how campus drives work in India, you understand placement dynamics, and you’re at ease managing details under pressure.
- Empathy first: You listen well, communicate clearly, and treat candidates like human beings, not resume files.
- Rigor with data & tools: You’re comfortable navigating ATS platforms (like Workday or Greenhouse) and keeping trackers accurate without losing sight of the people behind the numbers.
- A collaborative spirit: You enjoy working closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members to keep things moving forward together.
Why You’ll Belong Here
We care about building a workplace where people feel trusted, supported, and free to do their best work. You’ll join a team that values open dialogue, celebrates small wins, and looks out for one another. Most importantly, you’ll see the direct impact of your work in the confidence and growth of every intern and graduate who joins our story.
If this feels like the kind of work you’d love to wake up to, let’s talk.
Equal Opportunity Employer
