eBay US Marketplace Manager (ZR-729)

We are looking for an experienced eBay Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our U.S. eBay sales operation, primarily focused on consumer electronics, refurbished technology, open-box products, and related accessories.

This is a hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end eBay marketplace, including listings, pricing, inventory, account health, customer experience, and day-to-day marketplace performance across a large and fast-moving catalog.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the complete eBay U.S. marketplace operation.
• Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, item specifics, variations, and product images.
• Manage pricing, promotions, markdowns, and competitive positioning.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and prevent overselling or stock-related issues.
• Monitor eBay account health, seller performance metrics, defects, and customer feedback.
• Handle returns, disputes, cases, and customer-service escalations.
• Analyze marketplace performance, including sales, margins, inventory aging, sell-through, and overall profitability.
• Identify pricing and promotional opportunities to improve sales and move slow-selling or aging inventory.
• Coordinate daily with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate inventory availability and timely order processing.
• Monitor marketplace trends, competitor pricing, and product performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure listings and marketplace activities remain compliant with eBay policies and seller requirements.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing a high-volume eBay Seller account.
• Strong working knowledge of eBay Seller Hub, listing optimization, and eBay marketplace policies.
• Proven experience managing consumer electronics on eBay.
• Experience with refurbished electronics, open-box products, or used technology is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with eBay Refurbished programs and condition requirements is preferred.
• Experience integrating eBay with ERP, inventory management, or order-management systems is preferred.
• Comfortable managing a large, frequently changing electronics catalog and inventory.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales, margins, inventory aging, sell-through, and marketplace performance.
• Strong understanding of marketplace pricing, promotions, inventory management, and seller performance.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day marketplace operations.
